👥 Ensure the initiative is adopted, understood, and sustained for long-term success.

Technology Initiatives:

📅 Ensure technical components work properly and meet quality standards.

👥 Ensure people understand the change, feel supported, and have early exposure before full implementation.

Process Initiatives:

📅 Define and document new processes clearly.

👥 Ensure people provide input, understand the rationale, and accept the changes.

Both are needed to ensure initiative success.
