My Story

With over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve worked across Research & Development,  IT, Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, and the Transformation Office. I've held a variety of roles in those divisions, but the one thing that has remained constant throughout my career—driving change.

 

After years of being involved with and/or leading change within organizations, I’ve seen firsthand what works—and what doesn’t. Too often, change is something done to people instead of with them. That’s why I’m launching my own practice: to help organizations create people-centered change strategies that drive real adoption and lasting success.

 

What sets me apart? I listen. I take the time to understand the challenges, frustrations, and needs of the people experiencing change. I empathize. I know that change can feel overwhelming, and I believe it’s essential to support people through the transition. I collaborate across cultures. Having worked extensively with international colleagues, I understand the nuances of leading change across different regions, ensuring that strategies are adaptable, inclusive, and effective in a global environment.

I also believe that successful change starts with a willingness to learn. Change isn’t just about new processes or technologies—it’s about helping people adapt, grow, and see new possibilities. That’s a mindset I embrace myself. In fact, I’m currently learning Spanish (Aprender algo nuevo nos abre puertas. – Learning something new opens doors for us), a reminder that every step forward begins with openness and curiosity.

 

And most importantly, I involve those impacted by change in shaping the strategy. Because when people have a voice in the process, adoption isn’t just easier—it’s natural. That's what I mean by people-centered change management.
