As a mother, I know the power of patience and adaptability—skills that also shape my approach to leading change. I've partnered with colleagues across the globe, bringing a collaborative and culturally aware perspective to transformation.

 

Lifelong learning is at the core of who I am - whether it's guiding organizations through change, picking up insights on baseball and makeup from my children, or learning Spanish because growth never stops. And while I don’t have pets of my own, I seem to have a fan club among my friends' and neighbors' furry companions.
