The Change Architect
People-centered change management
Change isn't just about processes and systems - it's about people. When change feels forced or disconnected from the realities of work, then frustration, resistance and confusion take over.

We take a different approach. Our people-centered change management ensures that employees feel heard, supported and engaged - so that change isn't just something to endure, but something that drives real organizational success.
What is Change Management? At its core, it's about helping people successfully navigate transitions in the workplace. While good change management often goes unnoticed, it often becomes most visible when adoption falls short. If any of these sentiments sound familiar, you're not alone.

"This change did NOT make my job easier!"

"Why do I have to do this?"

"Everything is changing all at once!"

"Another 'flavor of the month'? I'll wait it out."

My manager doesn't care. Why should I?

What?? What are we doing?
We Get It. And that's where The Change Architect can help.
Our expertise helps turn these common reactions into engagement, clarity, and real success.

About
My name is Tara Tharpe
I’m a seasoned change leader who connects with executives and individual contributors alike. As a mother, I know the power of patience and adaptability—skills that also shape my approach to leading change. I've partnered with colleagues across the globe, bringing a collaborative and culturally aware perspective to transformation.
Lifelong learning is at the core of who I am - whether it's guiding organizations through change, picking up insights on baseball and makeup from my children, or learning Spanish because growth never stops. And while I don’t have pets of my own, I seem to have a fan club among my friends' and neighbors' furry companions.
